Uwe and Mark had an amazing time in Indonesia. Everyone in Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, Yogyakarta, and Bali were wonderful. We send our best wishes and thanks to all of you.
Finally, we need to thank the incredibly, amazing, fantastic, super duper and talented Elke Neumaier. We couldn't of done it without you Elke.
